FAQ – Shopping Assistance & Policy Guide
How to Place an Order
Add your selected products to the shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout through the standard checkout option or PayPal.
Provide your email, full name, and shipping address.
If a promo code is available, enter it in the Discount field before completing payment.
Confirm your shipping address → submit payment information → select Complete Order.
A confirmation notice will appear after checkout, and a copy will be sent to your email. Support: service@vionexao.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Reach out to customer support with:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB displaying the issue
Once reviewed, the correct product will be arranged and shipped at no additional cost. Email: service@vionexao.com
Confirming Your Order
The confirmation email includes your order number and purchase information. If it is missing, please review your spam folder.
Modifying an Order
Requests for order changes must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted. After this deadline, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@vionexao.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select product variations → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Change the Quantity section
Remove item: Use Remove
Recommended Browsers
Updated Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge/IE browsers are recommended.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → log in → confirm payment → return to the confirmation screen.
Discount Codes
Type your promo code → click Apply → the discount will be reflected in the order summary.

Order Cancellation
