Order Cancellation
An order remains cancellable before shipment is arranged or before production work begins.
When cancellation is confirmed before shipping, the total payment will be returned to the original checkout payment method.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
A return can be processed only if the following requirements are met:
The item must not be used and must remain in the condition originally received.
All original packaging must be returned with the item.
A valid purchase record or order confirmation must be submitted.
Please do not send any product back before contacting customer support. Return directions must be provided before shipment is arranged.
Customers will pay no more than one overall shipping charge, which may include original shipping and return shipping where applicable.
Returned items will not incur restocking fees.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and checked, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm that the return has been reviewed.
You will be informed whether the refund has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, generally within several business days depending on the payment processor.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received the refund:
Check your bank account again to make sure it has not posted.
Contact your card issuer, as refund updates may require extra processing time.
Contact your bank, because each institution may process refunds differently.

Return Shipping
Once a return is approved, return instructions will be sent to you.
Returns caused by personal preference or other customer-related reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping.
Returns caused by damage, defect, or incorrect shipment will have return shipping costs covered.
