Order Preparation
After payment confirmation, most orders are prepared and sent out within five business days.
Once the package leaves our facility, delivery generally requires 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.
Transit times may vary because of:
• Customs processing and clearance checks
• Carrier transportation delays
• Severe weather or logistical disruptions

Tracking Information
Once the order is dispatched, an email containing your tracking number will be sent.
This tracking number can be used through common international parcel tracking services.

We currently provide shipping to locations worldwide.
If a destination cannot be served because of shipping limitations, we will contact you and provide a suitable alternative where possible.

Changing the Shipping Address
Requests to update the shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed.
Once the order enters processing, address changes may not be available.

Order Fulfillment Days
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends are normally handled on the next available business day.
